SEQUINS AND BACKPACKS

Ever wonder how wearing backpacks or knapsacks look on you?

That's the very same question that keeps circling my mind after seeing numerous inspirations from international fashion bloggers lugging stylish backpacks for everyday wear. For this look, I decided to create a statement with my sequined cardi to help give some texture.

Bear in mind though, if you're eager to wear a sequined cardi, make sure you pair them with everything plains. Steer clear off printed hijabs, tops or bottoms for it will get too overwhelming. Unless you WANT that attention. As you can see, I paired my bronze-y sequin cardi with basic staples in neutral colors such as this white shirt, dark grey (almost black) trousers and nude pumps.

Maxi shawl:  @lilmrspolkadot
Suny Girl Sequin Cardi: Fashion Valet
Shirt: Mango
Trousers: Zara
Backpack: H&M
Nude pointy heels: Charles & keith

See, I even listened to my own advice haha..

One of my article piece in Aquila Style - Gratitude Issue October (One of my fav issues so far, cause it's packed with articles and insights about Hajj, pilgrimage, sacrifices, hijrah and yes, gratitude :)

Oh, a teeny bit info, if you're a first time user and is interested in subscribing to Aquila Style magazine on your tablet, and having it auto-update your newsstand every month for the duration of your subscription, you are entitled to get the latest issue for free!

Pardon the powerbank, it was just too cute, I just have to include it in the picture as I was snapping this.. If you're a lover of all things Chanel like me, the quilted textured Chanel powerbank on the right is definitely made for you (and me)! I got it from Lovely Blingz! :)
