Beauty: That Sunset Stare

So, I've been coveting the sunset eyes look quite recently and I can't help but work it on myself in this past week or so. I love it so much that I figured I wanna share you guys how I do it--the amateur way. haha.. Cause yes, I'm no makeup guru, but I did get some few compliments from my friends so I think I.. maybe.. know.. a.. lil.. bit.. of.. makeup? :p

Scarf: Shea Rasol

So below are the items I used:

1. NYX Eyeshadow pot in HS70 Heat Chaleur (or find something in a brick red hue)
2. Makeup Forever Artist Shadow in M630 (or any matte dark browns that you have)
    3. Naked 2 Palette in Blackout (I LOVE this black cause it's so saturated!)
    4. Stila Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Intense Black (My current fav eyeliner. But it's a bit pricey boohoo!)
    5. Revlon Photoready 3D Volume Mascara (Also my fav at the moment cause they don't clump!)

And to finish off:
1. Smashbox blush rush in Heartbreak (Do I even have to convince you that I love this blush?)
2. MAC Satin lipstick in Retro (Something I use as a daily lipstick)
3. And for shading, I use the Makeup Forever Eyeshadow above (Cause I have yet to find the one I like)

But if you're unclear as to how I applied the shadows, have a look at this guide below:

And BLEND, BLEND, BLEND! :D

I love this combination of hues cause I find that it suits Asian and tan skin so well. Especially the mocha-skinned me haha. It enhances my black iris and leaves a deep glow that you often see with--you guessed it--sunsets!

Ps: I love natural-looking brows, I'm not gonna apologise for the non-perfectly lined brows I have cause I find the 2015 trend of brows can be too fake-looking. I'm human after all--far from perfection. So yeah, don't change who you are for the sake of makeup. Just enhance it :)

Agree! I love doing eye makeup using this kind of pinkish shade. That's why I love UD Naked 3
